Last night was Iraβs final training session with us at AJC. She has been here in Abbotsford on exchange since September, and itβs been a pleasure having her as part of our club and team.
After the Saskatchewan Open this weekend, Ira will be heading back home to Germany. Weβre grateful for the time, effort, and positive energy she brought to the matsβand sheβll always be part of the AJC family.

π₯ Classes resume (tomorrow) Monday, January 5th
As we return, weβll also be implementing our shoeless dojo policy to help keep the tatami clean and our training environment healthy for everyone.
π Shoeless Dojo Reminders:
β’ Outdoor shoes must be removed in the front room
β’ Outdoor shoes can be stored on the shoe shelves
β’ Please bring inside shoes (slides or slippers)
β’ No bare feet on the floors when off the mats
β’ Inside shoes must be worn for water & bathroom breaks
β’ Slippers/slides are required in the bathrooms
