Good Luck to our Gymnaestrada Team "Twisted Dreams" at the 2026 BC Gymnaestrada this weekend! They'll be performing during Showcase #2 at the Richmond Olympic Oval this Sunday so go check them out! Admission fees will apply.

A reminder that this Sundays Family drop-in on May 3rd will not be running! Drop-in will resume as normal May 10th!

Our Girls Competitive tryouts are coming up soon! To sign up follow the link in our bio or scan the QR code. Athletes must be 5 years old by December 31st 2026.

A friendly reminder that our recreational classes are closed from March 9th-22nd.

Our office will be closed from March 9th-16th for our annual competition! Office hours will be limited from March 17-30th for spring break.

Massive congrats to Jaxson on his standout performance at the BC Winter Games! 🤩 He took 2nd on mushroom and along with 6th on rings - we are all super proud of him!

🤩 The BC Winter Games 2026 were a huge success for Alyssa and Maleah! Alyssa crushed it in event finals, taking 1st on beam and 6th on floor, and finished 7th all-around. Maleah impressed with a 10th place finish on vault and represented her team proudly with a 23rd all-around finish.
They had an amazing time making new friends and creating memories!
