Renee popped in today to help with the aerial silks clinic and got some practice in. We're so blessed to have her here for the open house on Saturday, where she'll be introducing this beautiful artform to young aerialists.

The gym will be closed all this week and then we're back on Monday 10 August with a week of Jedi Knight boot camp, as well as a morning developmental clinic and an afternoon of Aerial Silks. The tumbling and trampoline clinics may have a spot if you don't wait too long.
Grace's goal this week is a side aerial. A quick check on her progress. Her back handsprings are not looking to shabby either. So looking forward to Friday.
