Volunteers Needed – Middleton Heart Run ❤️

The Middleton Heart Run is looking for volunteers to help make race day a success!

This event is being organized by a small team with just one summer staff member coordinating three races, and they're currently experiencing a volunteer shortage. If you have a few hours to spare, your support would make a real difference.

Whether you're a runner with a family member cheering you on, a friend looking to give back, or a community member who wants to be part of race day, we'd love to have you join the team.

Volunteering is a great way to:

🙌 Be part of an exciting race-day atmosphere
💙 Help create a memorable experience for hundreds of participants

The Fort to Fort Experience is back for the first time since 2019, inviting participants to walk, run, or cycle a stunning 25 km route connecting two of Canada's oldest National Historic Sites.

Along the way, enjoy interactive historical experiences, live demonstrations, scenic views, and welcoming communities before celebrating your accomplishment at the Good Cheer After Party at the Oqwa'titek Amphitheatre.
