Congrats to all the kids who earned fitness stripes tonight! It's so awesome to see the kids pushing their limits and learning that they are tougher than they think. Building good fitness habits outside of Jiu Jitsu class was the goal of the fitness program, and that was on full display tonight. 💪

In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, progress is not built in one big moment. It is built through small choices repeated consistently: showing up, learning, drilling, failing, adjusting, and coming back again.
