We offer recreational parkour, tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool programs for individuals of all abilities ages birth to 18+. We are home to Pegasus Cheer Athletics, Quinte's only All Star cheerleading gym, which has been operating since 2014.

Bring your squishy collection, your best trading game, and get ready to try something new.
Kids, ages 7-12, will play fun tumbling games and burn off extra energy before winding down at the trading corner to show off their collection and swap with new friends.
No tumbling or gymnastics experience needed.
Our coaches will adjust activities for each participants skill level so everyone can be challenged and have fun.
