You'll learn the fundamentals including grips, strokes, court positioning, serving, returning, and scoring. The session wraps up with guided gameplay so you can put your new skills into action right away.

Summer Sundays just got even better!
Our popular Sunday Mixed League is back for Season 4, bringing together competitive games, great people, music, laughter, and plenty of pickleball action.
The best part? You can register however you like.

No matter how you join, you'll be part of an exciting summer league experience at Squeeze Pickleball.
Firestarters Division - 4-6pm
For advanced beginners to intermediate players looking for friendly competition and fast-paced play.
Launch Pad Division - 6-8pm
Designed for beginners and players newer to league play who want to develop their skills while enjoying organized match play.

Note: No games on Sunday, August 2 due to the Civic Holiday long weekend.
