It’s back! Our annual club day, come and support our senior teams. No junior games, but we will have a bouncy castle and the little ones. Guinness will be on tap, the BBQ fired up! Parking will be limited, please carpool! July 25th!

This is a 9 hole course, starting at the Elephant & Castle (4 St SW). The player with the best golf score at the final hole is the winner! Be sure to catch the rugby games and then join us downtown for walking pub golf. Golf attire in affect! See you then!

Stampede Sevens was a great success for all our Irish players! Our club was represented in many teams, from the U13’s all the way up to the premier men’s and women’s divisions. Our club team, Your Wurst Nightmare made it to the quarterfinals out of nearly 30 teams.

We have an Irish men’s team in the social division. Team name: “Your Wurst Nightmare”
One of our senior old boys came up with the name when he saw our Wurst jerseys (long gone restaurant/bar). The boys decided to pull the jerseys out of retirement and take them for a sevens run.

Saturday was a beautiful day of rugby in Banff! After their match against the Banff Bears the lads stopped in Canmore at The Drake Screaming Retriever Brewery and Restaurant for cold beer and delicious food. Thank you for continuing your support for Calgary Irish Rugby!
