Our SC11 Girls kicked off their Gothia Cup experience at the opening ceremonies ahead of an incredible week of competition.

Held annually in Sweden, the Gothia Cup is the world’s largest and most international youth football tournament, welcoming more than 45,000 players from over 75 nations.

Good luck throughout the tournament, girls! We’re proud to have you representing Calgary Blizzard on the world stage and can’t wait to follow your journey. ⚽

Huge congratulations to the 11 Blizzard players selected to compete at the Alberta Summer Games this July.

The Alberta Summer Games are one of the province’s premier multi-sport events, bringing together top youth athletes from zones across Alberta to compete at a high level and represent their communities. Being selected is a reflection of the hard work and growth these players have shown all season.
