The U15AAA Islanders Organization has a few reasons to celebrate today.

First of all hockey is BACK! We kick off Phase 1 of tryouts tonight, best of luck to all players. Work hard and have fun

And last but not least, we have a special 50TH BIRTHDAY to celebrate, everyone’s favourite goalie coach Len Currie

From goalie’s, to team trainer, to social media guy, Lenny is a huge part of our Islanders Organization and we are beyond lucky to have him back for another year.

Happy 50th Birthday Len, have a great day, you deserve it. Let’s see more of those dance moves on the road this year

Go Eagles Go 🦅

ONE OF OUR OWN NEEDS HIS TEAM. 🏒💚

As many of you have already heard, Samson Maclennan is undergoing lymphoma treatment in Halifax, and it's very important that he knows that our community is standing with him and his family - every shift, every treatment and every step of the way.

One thing we'll say with 100% certainty.

Cancer just picked a fight with the wrong kid.

Wear Samson Strong. Show him that an entire community is in his corner.

Tag a teammate and share this post. Let’s show Samson just how big his team really is.
