The New Brunswick Senior Baseball League has been operating since 1929 and is considered one of the top senior leagues in Canada. Senior baseball is the highest level of non-professional baseball in the country with many ex-NCAA and professional players populating the league. In 2022, the league will consist of five teams - Fredericton, Chatham, Moncton,
Saint John, and Charlottetown. NBSBL games begin mid-May and the playoffs typically run well into September. Senior Nationals run between the end of the regular season and the first round of the playoffs. The Charlottetown Islanders Baseball Club is committed to the development of an elite baseball program that will provide a competitive and high-quality baseball experience for both players and fans alike. The team will be well-schooled in the fundamentals of sound baseball and will be excellent ambassadors for the province, Baseball PEI, and team sponsors. In addition, it will focus on entertaining fans by featuring a first-rate facility, quality uniforms, music , promotions, and extensive media coverage.

DYNASTY. TICKET TO EDMONTON = PUNCHED.

The road to the 4 peat is complete in Miramichi as the Isles jumped out to a 3-0 lead thanks to a three run shot from Dylan Worth. Josh Myers followed that up a few innings later with a no-doubter of his own to increase the lead.

Tanner MacLean went 5 strong innings striking out 5, before passing the torch to veteran Jordan Stevenson who would come in and close the door to secure the championship.

The Isles would secure game 5 by a score of 6-2 en route to their fourth league championship in as many years.

Thanks to all of our fans and sponsors who made this year possible!
