Another deck repair with welding

Fixed the engine on this mini excavator. Was all locked up sitting outside all winter.

John Deere D105 with transmission problems

Customer brought this in because all of a sudden it would not start. Deck is a sturdy beast. Yardman Pro with a Kohler engine, made in 2010.

I took airbox off and a mouse or birds nest built up. Oil everywhere as well. Deck was full of dirt on top and underneath.

Removed Carburetor. Took all apart and put into my ultrasonic cleaner. Cleaned airbox. New air filter. New spark plug. Fresh gas. Cleaned deck. Sharpened blades. Now works awesome.
