Coach Colleen

Coach Colleen returns to the Women’s Weekend Warrior Program after making a strong impact last year with her positive energy, leadership, and athlete-first approach. We are excited to welcome her back to the ice to continue supporting and empowering our players.

With a passion for helping others grow, Colleen brings a coaching style centered around confidence, self-awareness, and unlocking each athlete’s potential. Through encouragement, communication, and thoughtful guidance, she helps players recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and enjoy the process of development. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes creating a supportive environment where athletes feel seen, heard, and motivated to improve.

Known for her leadership both on and off the ice, Coach Colleen provides valuable insight, mentorship, and a steady presence that athletes connect with quickly. Whether working on skills, mindset, or team dynamics, she brings passion and purpose to every session.

We are thrilled to have Coach Colleen back for another memorable Women’s Weekend Warrior experience.

Coach Mike Dean

Coach Mike Dean brings a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to the Warriors Ice Sports Training Society and our Women’s Hockey Weekend. With a strong background in player development, Mike is known for helping athletes build confidence, sharpen skills, and elevate their overall game in a positive and motivating environment.

Mike has worked with players of all ages and skill levels, focusing on skating development, hockey IQ, edge control, puck skills, and game situational training. His coaching style combines calm direct instruction with progression training, ensuring every athlete feels supported while being challenged to improve.

As a valued member of the Warriors coaching team, Mike is committed to creating an inclusive and empowering experience for female athletes, helping players grow both on and off the ice.

We are excited to have Coach Mike Dean as part of this special weekend and look forward to the impact he will make with every player on the ice.
