Join us Wednesdays at 6:15 PM at Kula Wellness for a high-energy, full-body workout designed to challenge you at your own level.

💛 A Little Note About Our Cancellation Policy 💛

At Kula Wellness, we are so grateful to have created a small, supportive community where connection, movement, and wellness come together.

Because we are a small studio with limited spaces available in each class, every spot matters. When someone reserves a space and is unable to attend, it prevents another member of our Kula community from joining — especially those who may be waiting on a cancellation list.

To help us better support our community and our instructors, we are introducing a 3-hour cancellation window for Kula Wellness classes, special events, and workshops.

This means cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to allow us the opportunity to offer that space to another participant who may be hoping to attend.

Late cancellations and missed classes may result in the class being charged or the session being deducted from your package.

We completely understand that unexpected things happen — life is busy, plans change, and sometimes circumstances are out of our control. 💛 This policy is simply about creating fairness, respecting our instructors’ time, and giving everyone in our community the best opportunity to participate.

Please note: This cancellation policy applies only to Kula Wellness classes, special events, and workshops.

Appointments with Kristina (Registered Massage Therapist) and Angela (Reflexology) are separate businesses operating out of Kula Wellness and have their own individual cancellation policies. Please refer directly to their policies when booking services with them.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and continued support of our little wellness community. We appreciate each and every one of you and are so grateful to share this space with you. ✨

🌿 Long Weekend Notice 🌿

Our 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 at Kula Wellness are taking a short break over the August long weekend to spend some quality time with family and friends.

We often encourage you to slow down, listen to your body, and make space for rest… so this weekend, we’re practicing what we preach. 💚 It’s time for us to reset, renew, and come back refreshed and ready to support you.

We hope you have an incredible long weekend filled with whatever fills your cup. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience our brief closure may cause.

✨ Here’s what’s coming up next week:
• Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. – Pilates with Jessie

A little change to the lineup this week… and it’s a good one! 💛

This Monday & Thursday at 5:00 PM, Jade’s S.W.E.A.T. classes will be replaced with Gentle Yoga with Pilates Fusion, led by Fiona.

If you’ve been craving a class that leaves you feeling stronger, more mobile, and completely refreshed, this is it. Expect gentle, intentional movement, core-strengthening Pilates, balance work, stretching, and relaxation—all designed to help you move with ease and leave feeling amazing.

Happy Birthday to one of the most extraordinary women I know. 💛

Kristina, I don’t think you’ll ever truly know how grateful I am that our paths crossed. Your friendship has been one of the greatest gifts in my life.

You have such a beautiful heart—one that leads with compassion, kindness, and an incredible ability to make everyone around you feel seen and valued. You shine a light wherever you go, and that light has illuminated so many moments in my own life.

Whether we’re dreaming up ideas, navigating challenges, or simply sharing life over a conversation, you always seem to ask exactly the right questions. Not because you have all the answers, but because your wisdom has a way of helping others discover their own. You challenge me, encourage me, and remind me to see possibilities I might have otherwise missed.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have you in my life, both personally and professionally. Your unwavering support, your thoughtful perspective, your generosity, and your genuine care for others make this world a better place.
