Mid-week means it’s time to head into the woods. Wednesday trail group is meeting at Village Park/BMX tomorrow at 6:30 PM. 45 minutes total, perfect for trail beginners and veterans alike.

This Wednesday is Global Running Day! We'd love YOU to join us for this - check the details: Global Running Day Group Run & Social with RTB. Just show up but an RSVP is helpful for food planning πŸ₯³

*Tuesdays - All paces, including run/walk, 5k, 10k, let's go! 7:15pm

*Wednesdays - 45 mins, 3 groups, easy to speedy. Love the trails or want to get to know them - start here! 6:30pm

*Saturday Social - Social pace for real, hike the hills, jog the flats, post-run coffee. 40-60 minutes. 10:00am

*Saturday Rise & Grind - 20k training run with option for longer to be discussed the morning of. For experienced runners wanting to build their base through a steady, Z1/Z2 effort. 7:30am

Saturday Social @ 10:00am - Meet at Village Park / BMX Parking lot aka Devil's Ladder Ultra Race Central! Social pace, hike the hills, jog the flats, post-run coffee. 40-60 minutes.

Rise & Grind @ 7:30am - Meet at No 6 Mine Park. 20k training run with option for longer to be discussed the morning of. For experienced runners wanting to build their base through a steady, Z1/Z2 effort.
