Nature is my favourite place to be 💗 especially as I navigate the rage lack of tolerance of perimenopause. The rage that is hear to clear out what is no longer in alignment as women’s nervous systems shift into a place where we no longer have tolerance for things we may have tolerated before, and a new awareness of our true authentic self and true authentic needs emerge! It’s a pretty amazing time of life to celebrate without making anything wrong. It’s a time to come together and celebrate each other as we move through this shift.
