One of the greatest gifts of this work is that your life itself becomes the practice.
Not because every moment is easy.
But because every moment holds the possibility for more consciousness.
And with more consciousness comes more choice.
You begin to notice what you couldn’t notice before.
The moment your body braces.
The moment you abandon yourself to stay connected.
The moment your inner critic takes over after you speak your truth.
The moment you feel the impulse to override your needs, explain yourself, apologize, or earn your way back into belonging.
And rather than those moments unconsciously choosing for you…
you begin to choose.
This is what I mean when I say healing becomes available in every moment.
As consciousness expands…
Choice expands.
Capacity deepens.
And life begins to feel more like your own.
Your body was never missing its wisdom.
It was waiting for a relationship where you could finally hear it.
Last week we welcomed the second cohort of The Somatic Way, and it is always such a privilege to witness women restoring that relationship with themselves—one ordinary moment, one conscious choice at a time.
If something in you is quietly saying yes to this work, comment CHOICE below.
I’d love to personally invite you to be among the first to hear when The Somatic Way opens again in the new year, along with an opportunity for a complimentary one-to-one curiosity call with me to explore whether this work feels aligned for where you are in your life.

Healing is often framed as what we need to process, release, or overcome.
Those are essential parts of the journey, but they are not the whole journey.
As women, our physiology is profoundly shaped by relationship, attunement, and connection. While our nervous systems are continually orienting toward cues of danger or safety, they are equally transformed by experiences that invite us into presence rather than protection.
This is why pleasure is not frivolous.
It is not something we earn once we’ve healed enough. It is one of the ways healing happens.
Not pleasure as escape or consumption, but as our body’s capacity to receive life. Beauty, eros, awe, intimacy, belonging, and wonder are not luxuries. They are essential experiences that cultivate relative safety, expand capacity, and gently shift the body from survival toward presence.
We cannot think our way into aliveness. We experience our way there.
Inside The Somatic Way, we don’t simply learn to regulate the nervous system. We learn to build a relationship with it—to understand our survival physiology with compassion, work with our bodies instead of against them, and expand our capacity to receive life more fully.
To me, this is at the heart of what so many women are longing for: not another strategy for surviving, but the freedom to receive love without bracing, to embody their wholeness, and to express themselves truthfully beyond the adaptations that survival once required.
✨ Registration closes tomorrow. One space remains.
If something in your body has been quietly whispering yes, comment READY below or send me a DM. We’ll connect for a genuine, no-pressure curiosity call and explore whether this journey is yours.
It would be an honour to welcome one final woman into this extraordinary room.
🌹 Embodied. Courageously loving. Alive. Deeply human. 🫀
Most women aren’t starving for more love.
They’re starving to feel met.
To feel desired. To feel chosen. To feel their body soften because someone isn’t just beside them… they’re truly with them.
The female nervous system wasn’t designed to survive on productivity, independence, and endless self-sufficiency alone.
We were designed for attunement, safety, play, eros, and intimacy that nourishes us all the way into our physiology.
Most women don’t realize this is what they’re grieving.
They think they’re asking for more romance or better communication.
But underneath it all is something much older.
The longing to be fully received.
When this longing goes unnamed, it doesn’t disappear.
It leaks sideways—into resentment, criticism, withdrawal, or “I’m fine.” Into hoping someone will somehow notice what we’ve never felt safe enough to ask for.
Having needs isn’t the problem.
The problem is that so many of us were taught to disconnect from them, judge them, or silence them in order to belong.
Trauma doesn’t erase our longings.
It buries them beneath survival.
Healing isn’t only about processing pain.
It’s about expanding our capacity to receive, communicate, ask for what we need, express our desires without shame, and experience the intimacy, love, and aliveness we’ve always longed for.
Because healing isn’t the destination. Aliveness is.
If something in your body keeps whispering, “There has to be more than this…”… listen.
This is the work we do inside The Somatic Way.
We’re in the final days before doors close.
There are 2 places remaining and 1 scholarship-supported spot left.
If your body is saying f*ck yes, but your mind is busy making a spreadsheet of reasons to wait…
Ask yourself:
Am I honoring my reality…
Or am I repeating a familiar pattern of waiting until I feel completely ready?
Because healing doesn’t happen once life settles down.
It changes the way we meet life while it’s unfolding.
If something in you knows it’s time…

Your nervous system is not the problem.
Your relationship with it is.
So much of the nervous-system world is selling women the promise of being calmer, softer, more regulated and in control—without the depth or nuance required to understand the female body.
Your survival physiology is not working against you. It is divinely designed to protect connection, belonging and safety—even when that means people-pleasing, self-abandonment or losing touch with your own needs and desires.
The work is not to control, cope with or manage your nervous system.
It is to build a relationship with it—so your body can become an ally in creating the life your soul is longing to live.

It’s a rare treat to get this camera-shy guy over here with me.
He’s pretty dang wise, beautifully simple, and a Ta**us through and through.
He teared up last night watching the testimonials coming in from the last cohort of The Somatic Way. Not only because of the transformations these women have experienced, but because he witnesses how deeply this work has transformed the way I experience myself as a woman… and, in turn, how it has transformed us.
The truth is, our nervous systems shape everything we touch.
The way we love.
The way we parent.
The way we lead.
The way we repair.
The way we create safety.
The way we influence others.
In bold ways.
In subtle ways.
In fierce ways.
In nurturing ways.
In loving ways.
This work isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming more deeply ourselves—and discovering what becomes possible when two imperfect humans are devoted to growing alongside one another.
If you’d love to hear a conversation from a really imperfect, yet deeply devoted couple in the next couple of days, let us know below. 🫶❤️🌹
I’ll share the details in my Stories if we do.
This is your opportunity to shape the conversation.
What would you genuinely love us to explore together?
Relationships.
Nervous systems.
Conflict.
Repair.
Intimacy.
Parenting.
Partnership.
Being fully human together.
Or anything else that’s alive for you right now.
We’d genuinely love to hear what’s on your heart ❤️
Some women don’t just move through a space.
They help shape it.
Meghan has been one of those women inside The Somatic Way.
Watching someone who is already so deeply resourced, wise, and masterful continue to meet this work with humility, curiosity, and the devotion of a true student of life has been such a privilege.
Over these past months, it has been beautiful to witness her somatic channels continue to open and deepen. To see her choose embodiment over perfection. To honour her capacity. To soften into new layers of vulnerability and discover new ways of showing up in her relationships, motherhood, leadership, and life.
One of the most powerful moments of our final module invited each woman to offer whatever was most true in that moment.
Not a polished performance.
Simply an authentic expression of what was genuinely here.
Meghan’s gift was honouring her capacity.
In many ways, it captured the heart of this work.
Ending the perfect woman.
Trusting that authenticity is enough.
Trusting that what is genuinely here is the medicine.
As we reflected back what we authentically sensed in one another, one word kept arising for Meghan:
Queen.
Not as a performance.
But as an embodied frequency.
The kind of presence that quietly calls other women into the fullness of who they are.
The kind of leadership that reminds us there is so much more available when we stop striving and begin trusting.
I couldn’t be more honoured that Meghan is one of the very first graduates of The Somatic Way, carrying this work into the world through her own unique body of work and leadership.
If you’re a woman longing to deepen your own leadership, your relationship with your body, and the way you serve the world, I wholeheartedly encourage you to follow Meghan Lee | Embodiment Mentor & Strategist and experience her beautiful work.
And if something in you has been quietly whispering yes to this work…
There is now one place remaining inside this cohort.
After this, Track One won’t open again until February/March 2027.
If you’re feeling the call, send me a DM. I’d love to connect.

It all comes back to this.
To being all of who we are.
To breaking free from the fear of judgment, inherited expectations, and the invisible ways we’ve learned to edit ourselves.
This is why we do the work.
Not simply to heal.
But to remember the gift of being fully alive.
One of the greatest misconceptions about healing is believing we’d know if something deeper was there.
The truth is, we often don’t.
Our nervous systems adapt so brilliantly to survival that our patterns begin to feel like our personality.
Time doesn’t heal the nervous system.
Healing begins when we build a new relationship with our bodies—learning the language of sensation, increasing our capacity to stay present with what lives beneath the surface, and gently orienting toward coherence, aliveness, and what’s possible.
That’s where soma, science, and soul meet.
Inside The Somatic Way, I teach the Somatic Way Methodology so healing becomes something you offer yourself in real time—not just in a session, but in the moments that shape your life.
The conversation with your partner.
The rupture with your child.
The hard decision.
The moment anxiety arrives.
Your life becomes the classroom.
Track One is your own embodied transformation.
Track Two is for the women who feel called to carry this work into their leadership, their practice, and their communities.
Because the world doesn’t need more information.
It needs more people living and leading with somatic intelligence.
There are three places remaining.
Two are scholarship-supported for women who feel deeply called to this work and need a little extra support this season.
If your body is whispering yes, send me a DM.
