✨ A Daily Pause for You ✨
Join Dennyse with Dennyse Harris **every weekday for virtual meditation classes** designed to help you slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session begins with gentle relaxation techniques to help you centre and find ease, followed by a short guided meditation exploring meaningful themes like **self-love, gratitude, intention, and mindfulness**. We then move into 8–10 minutes of silent meditation, with practical tools to help you carry your practice into everyday life.
🌿 Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these welcoming sessions offer a supportive space to cultivate **awareness, inner peace, self-regulation, and self-compassion.**
**Give yourself a few quiet moments each weekday. You deserve the pause. 💛**

✨Welcome to the Team, Luke✨
We’re so excited to welcome Luke Clarke-Kelly, R.Ac. to Broken Squirrel Wellness 💛 Luke offers acupuncture and wellness services that beautifully integrate ancient wisdom with modern understanding—supporting the body, mind, and nervous system as a whole. With a special interest in pain conditions, injury recovery, stress management, and emotional regulation, his work is rooted in the belief that when we reduce suffering, we create space for more fulfilling and vibrant lives. His approach is grounded in a bio-psycho-social perspective, recognizing that health is influenced by more than just the physical body. Through nervous system regulation, Luke supports clients in finding balance—something he sees as essential for long-term wellness. Luke brings a rich and unique background to his practice. Before graduating from the acupuncture program at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, he completed a 3-year program in Chinese Medical Qigong. He’s also trained in Balance Method acupuncture, myofascial needling, and modern pain science. Beyond the clinic, Luke’s experience as a professional ski instructor, competitive freestyle skier, Tai Chi instructor, and lifelong athlete gives him a deep, practical understanding of biomechanics and injury rehabilitation. His work is further influenced by Chinese martial arts, sports science, somatic therapy, Daoist and Buddhist philosophy, and the teachings of Carl Jung. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering—bringing a grounded, analytical balance to his more intuitive studies.✨ Luke is currently accepting appointments for next week—book now at brokensquirrel.ca ✨ When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find Luke cooking, playing soccer, or spending time with his family. We feel so grateful to have him as part of our community. Please join us in giving Luke a warm welcome! 🌿

On this International Yoga Day, the summer solstice, and Father’s Day, let’s pause to reflect on the balance within us all. Today, I honor the light and growth of the solstice, the wisdom of Indigenous cultures, and the love that shapes every father’s role. May we all find connection, peace, and purpose as we breathe together.

🧠 WHAT IS THE NEUROLOUNGE?
At Broken Squirrel Wellness, we’re passionate about building healthier brains and bodies—not just through traditional wellness, but through next-level, science-backed tools designed to help your body function at its best. So… what does that actually mean?
✨ It means using bioenergetic technologies. In simple terms, these are non-invasive, science-backed tools that use things like:
• Light
• Sound
• Vibration
• Magnetic fields
• Electrical stimulation
…to support your body at a cellular level.
Why does that matter? Because when your cells function better—your brain, nervous system, energy, recovery, and overall health improve too.
🧠 The NeuroLounge is where all of this comes together.
A space designed to help you:
• Reset your nervous system
• Improve mental clarity & focus
• Reduce stress & overwhelm
• Boost recovery, sleep, and energy
No matter what you’re trying to optimize— performance, recovery, or just feeling like yourself again— this space was built for you.
💙 And right now, we’re making it even easier to experience: We’re featuring a new group each week, offering 20% OFF NeuroLounge + Yoga Studio memberships
⏳ You have until June 1 to take advantage
⚡ Sessions run throughout the day!
Curious what it feels like? That’s your sign to come try it.
