AL (aka Nova Scotia Strong) had the best race he's had in a while on Friday night Feb 13 at Western Fair. Looking more like his old self again. It takes time and a determined and patient village to keep these athletes feeling well enough to compete at their best.
Kudos to team Tyler Moore Racing. It's almost exactly a year since AL had his last bout with illness and many would have just given up on him. I think this year will be a fun year to watch him.

Havenāt posted in a while.
AL has been missing out on a few races due to stormy weather because there are so many horses entered and he doesnāt get picked.
So heās been training hard with Tyler and getting tuneups with Ernie and of course watching the OāBrien Awards!
Back on the road on Tuesday.
