DRIVER OF THE WEEK
Round None - August 7th, 2026
Harper Grace
#57 UMG Atlantic Mortgages Beginner
Our Driver of the Week for Friday, August 7 is the #57 UMG Atlantic Mortgages Beginner of Harper Grace.
Harper is new to Scotia Speedworld this season, and her year began with a setback during Test & Tune that required significant repairs to the car. Harper and her team put in the work to get the car back together and back on track for the opening races, where she began gaining valuable experience each week.
Over the course of the season, Harper has shown steady improvement and growing confidence behind the wheel, and that progress was especially noticeable on Friday night.
During the evening, Harper experienced a spin but showed excellent awareness by safely getting herself off the racing surface without bringing out a caution, allowing the race to continue green for her fellow competitors. Later in the night, as the leaders caught her coming to the checkered flag, she stayed calm, held her line, and allowed both cars to get by cleanly and safely.
Harper has already earned a podium finish this season, but the improvement she has shown in awareness, composure, and racecraft was on full display Friday night.
A tip of the hat to Harper Grace and the entire #57 team. Congratulations on being this week’s Driver of the Week!
