The Giants hit the diamond for the Tier 8 Semi Finals, putting their hard work, determination and teamwork on full display. From the first pitch to the final out, this group represented Drayton Valley with pride. 💪⚾

No matter what the scoreboard says, making it to the semi finals is something to be proud of. Congratulations to our players and coaches on a great season and a fantastic run!

A HUGE congratulations to our Drayton Valley U11 AA Orange Giants on bringing home SILVER at the 2026 Tier 9 Baseball Alberta Provincial Championships! 🧡🖤

This team battled hard, played with heart, supported one another and represented Drayton Valley with pride every step of the way.

We are incredibly proud of every player, coach and volunteer who put in the time, effort and dedication that made this season possible. And a huge thank you to the families and fans who cheered these kids on all season long!

🍂⚾ Who’s Ready for More Baseball? ⚾🍂

The regular season may be wrapping up, but there could still be more baseball to play!

As our AA teams finish their season and our CABL/House League teams have wrapped up, we’re looking to see if there’s enough interest to offer Fall Ball in Drayton Valley this September.

🍁 What is Fall Ball?
Fall Ball is a development-focused season designed to help players prepare for the age division they’ll be entering next year. It’s all about learning, building confidence, and getting extra reps in before the off-season.

✅ No scores submitted to Baseball Alberta
✅ Fun, development-first atmosphere

The season typically consists of four Saturdays in September, with two games each Saturday at host locations. Travel will depend on the number and location of registered teams.

Mother Nature certainly kept us on our toes, from torrential rain and blazing sunshine, and your trailer gave our players, coaches, volunteers, and families a much-needed place to stay dry, cool off, and regroup throughout the weekend.

Your generosity and support helped make our home tournament a success, and we’re incredibly grateful to have local businesses like yours standing behind community sports. It’s partnerships like these that make a real difference for our athletes and families.

Our team brought home the gold and represented Drayton Valley with outstanding sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork every time they stepped onto the field. One of the best parts of the season was hearing so many compliments from other teams about our players’ positive attitudes and the way they carried themselves.

Success isn’t just measured by medals. It’s measured by character, and this group showed both.
