DVGC End-of-Season Update...

As we approach the final weeks of the 2026 golf season, we want to share some important dates regarding course maintenance and our upcoming seasonal closure.

Please take note of the following schedule:

Monday, September 28th – Front Nine Aeration
Our grounds crew will begin aerating the front nine in preparation for next season.

Tuesday, September 29th – Back Nine Aeration
Our grounds crew will complete aeration on the back nine.

Wednesday, October 7th & Thursday, October 8th – Irrigation Blowout
Our irrigation lines will be blown out as part of the course's winterization process.

Friday, October 9th – DVGC Staff Function
The golf course will close at 4:00 PM for our annual staff function.

Sunday, October 11th – Last Day of Play
This will be your final opportunity to get out and enjoy a round at DVGC in 2026!

Monday, October 12th – Course Officially Closed
The golf course will officially close for the 2026 season.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of these final weeks of golf while the weather allows!

In this event two-person scramble teams take on The DVGC at its most difficult. That’s max yardage off the tee plus tricky pins on the greens.
