We have such a great group of kids in our Junior Jiu Jitsu class- they go from strangers to friends in the blink of an eye.

If you are looking for something for your 11-15 year old where they can be active, build confidence and make friends- give us a call!

Some of our older kids are transitioning into the adult classes, which leaves us with space for a couple more students in our 11-15 year old Jiu Jitsu class.

This class runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:35-7:35.

Marco is hosting a DDPY session this Friday before open mat!

If you haven't tried it, it’s zero-impact, and built to repair the tight joints and muscle stiffness that comes with regular rolling/sparring. It also builds core stability and flexibility so you can keep training!

Come check it out and give your body a much needed tune up. Workout starts at 6:15, please be early!
