Need some time to pause, reflect, and rediscover what is truly important?

Join Heidi Hesselink for a simple opportunity to slow down, listen, and share in community. OM is creating space at the studio to gather together, listen to a short podcast/dharma talk from one of Heidi’s favourite meditation teachers, Jonathan Foust, and take some time to reflect.

After listening, there will be an opportunity—if you choose—to share what you heard, any insights that came up, or how the teachings and practices might influence your meditation practice or your life.

No expectations. No pressure. Just an opportunity to listen, reflect, and connect.

✨ Come As You Are | Thursday Evenings at OM Yoga Studio ✨

There is no need to be anything other than exactly who you are when you walk through our doors.

Join us every Thursday at 7:00 PM for Come As You Are, a yoga class that truly lives up to its name. Led by alternating instructors Kelsey Rydberg and Dan Wilvers, this unique class is designed around you.

Rather than following a fixed sequence, your instructor will tune into the energy of the room and create a practice that meets everyone where they're at. One week you may enjoy a slow, nourishing Yin practice, while another may offer an energizing Vinyasa flow or a deeply restorative stretch. Every class is different, making it the perfect opportunity to honour exactly how you're feeling that day.

Whether you're looking to unwind, recharge, build strength, or simply breathe, this class welcomes every body, every level, and every experience.
