As the game continues to get faster and more physical, it’s important for players to feel confident, safe, and prepared when it comes to body contact situations.

These 3-skate camps focus on a full progression of contact skills, helping players understand how to:
🏒 Give a hit safely and effectively
🏒 Take a hit with confidence
🏒 Protect the puck in contact situations
🏒 Use body contact to their advantage in game play

Everything is taught in a controlled, progressive environment designed to build confidence and proper technique.

These skates focus on flow and conditioning drills, with some power skating and skill development work mixed in. Expect plenty of passing and shots on net. End with scrimmage or 3 on 3. Designed to help shake off the summer rust and get ready for training camp and the upcoming season.
