On September 19, the EmilyBrydonYouthFoundation is celebrating 20 incredible years by bringing back the EBYF Golf Tournament! And if you’ve been before, you know this is definitely not your typical day on the course.

Gather your team of four for a best ball tournament with a 12pm shotgun start, plus unique challenges, surprises and plenty of shenanigans along the way.

After golf, the celebrations continue with a delicious meal by Bayleaf, a DJ and dance floor, and the always entertaining Kevin Giffin taking the stage as live auctioneer.

🚨 A quick heads up if you’re heading out on the trails!

Heavy equipment is currently working in Cedar Bowl until approximately September 10.

Gorby Loop is closed, with access to Old Growth Magical Forest and Black Forest via Haul Back Road. There is no access into Cedar Bowl above Haul Back Road.

Please respect all closures and signage while crews are working. Thanks for your cooperation!

Lost Boys Café sits at the top of the Timber Chair (5662ft / 1726m) and is open every weekend for you to have lunch or a drink, take in the views, and listen to live music.

Family weekends are better in the mountains, especially when there’s an adventure playground waiting at the base!

Climb, slide, balance, and explore at the Elk Grove Adventure Playground, ride the chairlift, hit the trails, stop for lunch with a view, and make a full weekend of it at Fernie Alpine Resort.

Whether your family is here to bike, hike, play, or simply spend some time together outside, there’s plenty to keep everyone busy.

Have you ever hiked Mammoth?

Accessible via the Lost Boys Trail, Mammoth takes you down through sub-alpine forest to the impressive debris of a very old, very large landslide.

Explore the towering limestone boulders before making the climb back up the Falling Star ski run.

At 1.75 km and around an hour-ish round trip, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a shorter hike with something a little different to discover along the way.
