Imagine being 80 yrs old & realizing you missed out on a lifetime of memories because you didnât think your body was good enough.
Imagine looking back & realizing you didnât get in the photos⊠because you didnât like how you looked.
You didnât go swimmingâŠ. because you were worried about your thighs.
You didnât wear the bathing suit⊠because your stomach wasnât flat enough.
You didnât take the trip⊠because you wanted to lose weight first.
You held yourself back from experiences, connection & being fully present⊠because you were at war with your own body.
And the part that hurts âŠ. Your body was never the thing keeping you from living.
The rules you created around your body were.
The constant waiting.
âIâll do it when I lose 20lbs.â
âIâll buy the clothes when Iâm smaller.â
âIâll take pictures when I feel confident.â
âIâll start living when I finally feel comfortable in my skin.â
But what if that day never comes?
What if the life youâre waiting for is happening right now?
You donât need to hate your body into changing it.
You donât need another extreme plan.
You donât need to punish yourself into becoming someone else.
You need to learn how to take care of yourself from a place of self-respect.
The goal isnât just fat loss. The goal is confidence, energy, strength, freedom, a body you trust & a life you donât want to hide from.
So ask yourself: Are the things youâre doing today creating the life you actually want to live?
Because one day youâre going to look back at this season of your life.
Make sure youâre proud of how you showed up for yourself.
Saturday, Sept 12 our coaching doors close again until mid October. We have 8 spots left.
The decision is yours. Comment READY to see if weâre good a fit to work together.

You are probably never going to feel 100% ready.
Ready to start.
Ready to change.
Ready to invest.
Ready to be uncomfortable.
Ready to do something differently.
Waiting until you feel ready is one of the easiest ways to stay exactly where you are.
You don't need certainty.
You need a willingness to take the next step anyway.

Letâs call a â ïž a â ïž âŠ âŠâŠ youâre afraid.
Not because you donât want it badly enough. Not because youâre lazy or donât have the discipline.
Youâre afraid because betting on yourself feels risky.
What if you commit⊠& donât follow through?
What if you invest the moneyâŠ& end up right back where you started?
What if you try⊠& disappoint yourself again?
Sometimes the thing standing between you & the change you want isnât money, time or being too busy.
Itâs that you donât fully trust yourself yet.
Youâve collected evidence for years that says:
âI always quit.â
âI canât stay consistent.â
âIâve tried everything.â
âThis is just who I am.â
So when an opportunity comes along, your brain doesnât ask: âHow can I make this work?â
It asks:
âWhat if I fail?â
âWhat if I canât?â
âWhat if this is just another thing I donât finish?â
But, what if instead you asked: âWhat would I do differently this time?â
How would I show up differently?
What support would I need?
What systems would help me succeed?
The goal isnât to become someone who never struggles.
The goal is to become someone who trusts herself enough to keep going when she does.
The biggest transformation isnât losing the weight. Itâs becoming the woman who finally believes: âI can count on myself.â
We have 8 spots left in our cohort starting Sept 14. Itâs time to bet on yourself.

6. âI canât get my steps in. I have to sit perfectly still on this bench while I watch my kids play [insert any sport]
7. âMaybe Iâm eating too little?â
8. âIâm just going to try it on my ownâ
And ⊠Five years later⊠same s**t.
