🏈 Opportunity for Our Athletes!

For families looking for additional football development opportunities, the Golden Bears Selects program has announced tryouts for the 2027 season.

📅 Tryout Date: Sunday, August 16, 2026
🕛 Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Eligibility
🏈 U14: Athletes born in 2013 or 2014 (must not turn 15 during 2027)
🏈 U12: Athletes born in 2015 or 2016 (must not turn 13 during 2027)

The program is moving to a youth development model and will feature:
✅ U12 & U14 teams
✅ Guaranteed tournament in Moose Jaw
✅ Additional local competition opportunities

If you’ve ever thought about coaching PeeWee football, now’s the perfect time to start thinking about it.

Our athletes are only able to have the experience they do because of the incredible volunteers who step up to coach. The impact of a great coach goes far beyond football—they help build confidence, resilience, teamwork, respect, and lifelong memories.

Whether you’re an experienced coach or brand new to the game, we’d love to welcome you to our coaching family. You don’t need to know everything—we’ll support you every step of the way.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the beginning of 2027, where coaching opportunities for the upcoming season will begin to take shape. For now, we just wanted to put the bug in everyone’s ear! We’ll send out more information and reminders as the year comes to an end.

We can’t wait to build on the momentum of an incredible 2026 season and look forward to another amazing year of PeeWee football in 2027. 💙🏈
