We entered this competition with our smallest team in a long time, yet everyone who was able to compete showed up and delivered outstanding performances.
The level of skill on display was impressive, and all the hard work put in at the gym clearly paid off. It’s always inspiring to see the team supporting one another — offering pep talks, cheering loudly, and ensuring every athlete had a coach in their corner.
A huge thank you to the entire team for your effort, dedication, and unwavering support.
Special thanks to for being such an outstanding affiliation. The quality of instruction and guidance you’ve provided has made a tremendous impact, and we’ve seen the skill level across the gym rise significantly since our partnership began.

Friday we had our last class with Charlie Cagil Dagseven 🇹🇷🇦🇺🥋 .
We were very fortunate to have Charlie train with us for the past 14 months. He shared so much knowledge and became a great friend to many.
We wish you nothing but the best in your next journey, and we will always be thankful for the time you spent with us in Halifax.
Whatever gym you end up in next will be lucky to have you. You left our gym better than you found it.
