The Hampton R***e & Pistol Club was established in August 1979 and operates an outdoor range. We will be building a new indoor range during 2016.

Established in August 1979, we operate an outdoor range and welcome all (age 12 and above) who are interested in target shooting (handguns, long guns, black powder,), sh***un (skeet/clay), competition (PPC and IPSC ) or just plain old plinking. Our outdoor range in Bloomfield boasts 5 handgun bays (25m), a 50m handgun bay with covered shooting section, an IPSC bay, Clay/Skeet stand and a 100 – 400m r***e range with covered shooting section; as well as a building to keep you warm on those colder days. The outdoor range is open year round, access dependent (we do not plough the road), from dawn to dusk.

Austin MacPhee was a true ambassador of the shooting sports. As the long-time President of the Hampton R***e & Pistol Club, Austin had a remarkable ability to make new shooters feel welcome, often saying, “There are no strangers here, only friends you have not met.” In his later years, he shot IPSC, frequently using his beloved Smith & Wesson Model 625. It was one of his favorite fi****ms, and one he would enthusiastically hand down to let others shoot. In his honour, we host an annual, revolver-focused IPSC match. The event features a round count of approximately 100. While all divisions are welcome, only the revolver division will be officially recognized. Come out and join us for a fun, challenging match!
Hot dogs, beans and lies to follow the match - Oct 10th register using Practiscore's link below.
