It’s fast, technical, competitive and once the game starts, there’s nowhere to hide.

Soccer Quest Men’s Futsal returns this November and registration is open at soccerquest.ca.

Winter doesn’t have to mean putting soccer on pause.

Soccer Quest has options to keep both youth and adult players on the ball through the colder months.

For younger players, the Youth Fall Indoor Program includes eight Saturday sessions in heated gyms, with professional coaching, individual development and small-sided games.

It’s open to players from any club, with groups for players born from 2021–2014. 

For adults, Men’s Futsal returns in November with Open and 30+ divisions.

The 5v5 format is fast, technical, and designed to give players more touches, quicker decisions and plenty of action. The season runs through to the end of March.

Big news for one of our own! ⚽👏

Congratulations to Ignacio Matute (Iggy), who has advanced to the second phase of BC Soccer’s U17/U18 Provincial Identification Program!

Iggy’s journey with Soccer Quest began in 2019, when he was just eight years old. Since then, he’s progressed through our development programs, won a provincial championship, and continued putting in the work to take his game to the next level.

In April 2025, Iggy joined our Player Advancement Program (PAP), where his dedication, work ethic, and willingness to learn have helped him reach this exciting milestone.

His journey is exactly what the Soccer Quest pathway is designed to support: helping young athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and pursue opportunities at higher levels of the game.

And he’s not alone- Former Soccer Quest player Beckett Isaac has also progressed through our development pathway and is now part of the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency Program.

From their early years on the field to opportunities at the provincial level and beyond, it’s exciting to see where these players’ hard work is taking them.

A huge congratulations to Iggy and his family, whose commitment and support have been an important part of his journey.

We’re proud of you, Iggy, and can’t wait to see what’s next! ⚽

Every player’s development looks different.

One player may need more confidence. Another may need more challenge.

There isn’t one perfect pathway for every player.

Good development starts with understanding where the player is now, where they want to go, and what they need most to move forward.

That’s the thinking behind Soccer Quest’s approach to player development and our new Player Advancement Program.

This program offers more individualized planning, guidance, and support.

Because the goal isn’t to make every player follow the same path.

It’s to help each player find the right one.

What a weekend for Soccer Quest! ⚽🏆

From first-ever tournaments to undefeated runs and gold-medal finishes, our players gave us plenty to celebrate this weekend!

🏆 2011 Boys: GOLD! A dominant 5–0 victory in the final to finish on top.

⚽ 2010 Boys: Undefeated all weekend! Finished third on points, with goal difference keeping them out of the top two.

⚽ 2012 Boys: Strong performances against some tough competition.

🥈 2013 Boys: An incredibly close final, falling 1–0 after a missed penalty. A classy performance and plenty to be proud of.

⚽ 2014 Boys: Their first-ever 11-a-side tournament! A 3–0 result in the final and some fantastic improvements across the team.

And our younger development players gave us plenty to get excited about, too!

👏 2017 & 2018 Boys: Undefeated across an impressive 16 games!

👏 2016 Girls: Competing in the top tier and dominating three games with some excellent football.

👏 2016 Boys: Showed exactly why they are one of the most improved SQ teams since 2025, these guys are rocking it and there is no ceiling now...

👏 2019 Boys & 2018/19 Girls: Their first-ever tournament! An exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to see how they continue developing after futsal.

A huge congratulations to our 2015 development players as well, who were part of a great weekend of soccer!

From the youngest players experiencing tournament soccer for the first time to our older teams competing for titles, weekends like this show just how much these players are learning and growing.

Congratulations to all our players and coaches. Lots to be proud of, and even more to look forward to! 💙⚽
