In honour of Mental Health Month and Mental Health Awareness Week, we’d like to recognize the importance of self-love, self-appreciation, and the reminder that it’s okay to reach out if you ever need help. Here at Loch March, we’re proud to host several tournaments this season that align with this important cause.

Studies shows that golf offers powerful mental health benefits. It reduces stress through time in nature, encourages mindfulness and focus, provides mood-boosting physical activity, fosters social connection, and promotes structure and goal-setting. It's a low-impact, accessible sport that supports both body and mind. So in a joking manner we say that golf might be the answer to all your problems.
