Kelowna Crows Junior Rugby: Pre-season Open Practices

Are your kids interested in Rugby? Pre-season is open to all kids (boys and girls) in U14-U18 age groups (birth years 2009 - 2014). No experience necessary, and free to everyone interested.

Get to know the coaches and the kids on the Junior Crows squads.

Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00pm
Rutland Recreation Park (usually R3)

Practices start August 18th, 2026 at Rutland Recreation Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Games on Sundays.

We are looking for youth coaches for the Minis and Rookie Rugby.

Get your volunteer hours credit!
Sunday mornings from 9am to 11am at Martin Park in Kelowna.

First day is this Sunday April 12 and the program runs to June 7 (skipping the May long weekend)
