💪 The lead instructor of the camp was world-renowned skills coach (and PHA Academy Director), Valeriia Manchak-Jensen, founder of Valeriia Manchak-Jensen 🙌

Our camp leaders were:

The camp schedule offered:

🏒 two ice sessions per day
👟 two off-ice training/fun games sessions per day
👩‍🏫 one workshop per day

Workshops were led by Female Athlete Health Educator, Brady Greening of Brady Greening, with a female-specific focus on:
