🇨🇦 A strong day on the greens for Team Canada in Glasgow!

Kelly McKerihen earned her first Women’s Singles victory of the Games with an impressive straight-sets win over Jersey, taking the match 2–0.

Anne Hibberd and Jean Stairs delivered a fantastic performance against a strong Scottish pair. The final result may read 2–0 for Scotland, but both sets came down to the wire, with Canada narrowly falling 4–3 and 6–4.

John Bezear and Ryan Bester also launched their Men’s Pairs campaign in winning fashion....and did it twice! The Canadian duo battled through two tie-break matches, defeating the Isle of Man before closing the day with another victory over South Africa.

Kelly McKerihen a remporté sa première victoire en simple féminin de ces Jeux grâce à une impressionnante victoire en deux sets contre Jersey, s’imposant 2–0.

Anne Hibberd et Jean Stairs ont livré une performance fantastique face à une solide paire écossaise. Le résultat final est peut-être de 2–0 pour l’Écosse, mais les deux sets se sont joués jusqu’au bout, le Canada s’inclinant de justesse 4–3 et 6–4.

John Bezear et Ryan Bester ont également amorcé leur campagne en double masculin par une victoire… et ce, à deux reprises! Le duo canadien s’est battu lors de deux matchs décisifs au bris, battant l’Île de Man avant de terminer la journée par une autre victoire contre l’Afrique du Sud.

Enter your mixed team of 3 players and you will play 3 x 12 end games of 3 bowl tiples. Novice players will have a skills competition between each game with prizes awarded.
