We are running until the snow stays here at ICRC! Lace up your sneakers and join us every Wednesday!! We will be starting at 5:30 PM for the rest of the fall to take advantage of the daylight ☺️

Tomorrow at 6:30!! ~4.2 km

For this week’s run, we will leave Iron Rock Brewery and head toward Mine Road. We will then run toward Jubbers Convenience. From there, we’ll turn onto Drake Avenue, run past the Union Centre, and continue up toward the Arts and Culture Centre. Then turn onto Booth Avenue and run to the main highway. Follow the highway to the traffic lights, turn left and follow the road back to Iron Rock Brewery.

Tomorrow at 6:30 PM! Approximately 4.3 KM

This week we will leave Iron Rock and take Avalon through the 4-way lights towards Subway where we will turn left on Cartier. Make a quick right then left down Embassy and head towards Menihek. Turn left on Elm then take Tamarack back to Iron Rock.

We’ve been hearing that September is going to be a super fun (and busy) month in Labrador West, with several amazing events happening on September 12th. Soooo…we’ve decided to move Rainbow Run to September 13th so more of you can join us!

Tomorrow! 6:30 PM - 4.1 km

This week we will leave Iron Rock and head towards the three way lights. Turn right at the Jehovahs Witness Church and run down Drake, past the Union Hall and up Hudson. Take a left past CJ’s and head down towards Subway. We will run down Marconi to Bartlett then back to Iron Rock via Avalon and the 4-way lights.

Tomorrow at 6:30 PM! Approx 4:5 km

This week we will leave Iron Rock and head towards the 4-way lights. We will run up Avalon towards Subway where we will turn right towards the fire station. Turn right on Hudson and left on booth towards the arena. Take the highway past the community gardens all the way to the 3-way lights where we will take a left and head back to the brewery.
