Lamont Racing

What a great day on Saturday we had for autograph session, and championship race and the pumpkin smasher. Hana ran an awesome heat race finishing 5th in her heat, then rolling into the feature race Hana started out 14th in the feature made her way up to 12th. Hana was happy and pumped with how the car was running and handling. Hana ended the final race finishing 15th place. We are very proud of her race season and her performances this year. Hana raced very hard and pushed herself to limits and learned a lot more this season, finishing 14th overall in the points series. We would like to thank all the sponsors and friends and family that helped us out this season it wouldn’t be possible without any of you.

This past weekend was the great Canadian weekend at Delaware Speedway and Friday night bonestocks ran the 40 lapper. Started out with qualifying and car ran awesome Hana was pumped about how the car was handling and running. Got ready for the feature lined up and started 20th, Hana Lamont was doing well and making passes on lap 5 Hana came in stating that the car was shaking in the rear end and said the car felt like she was sliding on ice, Mark David Lamont and David Rockwood got to work to see what the issue was to get her back on the track unfortunately a brand new rear wheel hub bearing had broken on her and she was not able to continue the night, finishing 32nd in the 40 lap race. We are very proud that she took notice of these signs and pulled the car off the track from any further damage being done or what could have caused a big wreck! But we would like to thank all our sponsors and everyone that helps us out it wouldn’t be possible without you all. The car will be fixed and ready for the final championship race on Saturday Oct 3.

Last Friday night was awesome!

It was nice to see a lot of friendly faces again!
Thank you to everyone who came out.

Hana started in practice testing the car out feeling it out. After a few weeks of rain we expected to not have too much rubber on lay down on the track.

Hana went out for practice car felt fast only a few major adjustments to help throughout the rest of the night.

Heat Race number 2!
We started 4th behind the second place car Kyle of the 20 car. And can we say that’s some clean racing from Torrey and Colin of the white 88 and blue 17 bonestocks.
with some good racing behind Justin Collver had a hard time catching up at first , and man when he did it was so cool racing with justin for the rest of the 2 laps for 3 place! We came out 4th.

Feature time came, we started up on pole with Sterling Robert’s, wishing each other the best of luck. Got to chase in 2 place with Sterling for a little bit and man that was a highlight. Racing clean with everyone last Friday was awesome. Accept one mini or caution all around a good night for the 14 car finishing 16th in the feature.

Thank you so much to all our sponsors that help us get there almost every week!
