My experiences with preterm pregnancies and stillbirth forever changed me and ignited a passion to help women understand and advocate for their reproductive health.

Today, I empower women to recognize their menstrual cycles as vital signs, understand their bodies’ patterns, and address root causes rather than simply managing symptoms.

I’d love to share my story of turning pain into purpose and discuss topics including:
✨ Menstrual and hormonal health
✨ Empowering girls and women through cycle literacy
✨ Restoring reproductive health foundations

If your audience values honest conversations, education, and hope, I’d be honoured to add value to the people you love, care for and minister to.💜

“We said goodbye before we said hello 27 years ago, but that loss became the beginning of my mission to help women better understand and care for their bodies.”

No two cycles are exactly alike.

Understanding your unique cycle patterns, including whether your cycles are short, regular, or long, can provide powerful insights into your hormonal health. When you learn to decode your cycle, you gain the knowledge and confidence to better understand your body and advocate for your health.

What kind of cycles do you have? Short, regular or long? Ovulation day / fertile windows will differ so beware whose advice you take.
