Private sessions are one of the most valuable investments you can make in your body. Rather than simply exercising, you’ll learn how your body moves, identify movement patterns, improve alignment, and build the foundation for safe, efficient movement for life.
We’re expanding our private lesson offerings and making it easier than ever to access personalized instruction. Consistent weekly private and semi-private appointments are now available to book directly through our app.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice, refine technique, and develop greater precision, or you’re an athlete, dancer, golfer, runner, or active individual seeking improved performance and body awareness, private sessions provide individualized guidance tailored to your unique body and goals.
Private sessions are also ideal for those managing movement limitations, recovering from injury, or addressing specific movement limitations and alignment concerns.

It’s June, and we’re making a few exciting changes to the Markham schedule.
You’ll see some new faces this month, with Tanina joining us on Mondays and Emily Bruno on Thursdays. We’re excited to have them on the schedule and can’t wait for you to experience their classes.
We’re also adding re:BOUND (Jumpboard Pilates) to the schedule on a trial basis.
We’re hoping to see a great turnout as we determine whether re:BOUND earns a permanent spot on the schedule. If you’ve been curious about trying it, now is the perfect time.
New month, new instructors, and new opportunities to challenge yourself. See you in class!

DANCER PILATES SERIES
Join us Monday evenings at 8:00 PM beginning June 8th for our 8-Week Dancer Pilates Series at re:form PILATES. Designed specifically for dancers, this series focuses on building the strength, control, mobility, and alignment needed to support technique, performance, and injury prevention.
This is a progressive series and dancers will register for the full 8 weeks to build consistency, body awareness, and lasting results.

Led by Emily Gillingham, RAD RTS, AISTD, Pilates Certified Instructor. Emily is a graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School Teacher Training Program and holds teaching certifications through the Royal Academy of Dance and ISTD. With additional certifications in Pilates, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), and movement conditioning, Emily specializes in helping dancers build strength, alignment, flexibility, body awareness, and injury-prevention strategies to support technical growth and longevity in dance.
