✨ What if you could be happy and feel free… without needing a lot of money coming in?

Not rich.
Not perfect.
Not “figured out.”
Just… alive.
Just… free.

For most of my life, I lived in survival mode.
Stress. Overthinking. Burnout.
Trying to hold everything together while slowly losing myself.

I’ve made mistakes.
I’ve hurt people.
I’ve been hurt too.
And I’m still learning every day…

But something changed.
I built just enough to cover my basics.
Not luxury.
Not perfection.

Just… space to breathe again.
And that changed everything.

Because I realized something powerful:
Freedom isn’t found in “more.”
It’s found in feeling safe in your own life.

And happiness became simple again:

☀️ Sunsets
🌴 Nature
🎶 Music
💃🏼 Dancing barefoot
🥑 Real food
💖 Real connection

That’s true wealth to me.

Today, I still work hard.
I still build.
I work on weekends.
I have discipline.
No perfect schedule.

But I listen to my body more now.
And I’m building something that feels bigger than me.

A world where health isn’t a magic pill.
Where we stop chasing… and start living.
Where we reconnect with nature, our body, our mind, and each other 🫶

As a naturopath and holistic therapist,
I guide people back to themselves through:
nourishing food, supporting hormones, natural supplementation when needed, better sleep, nervous system balance, and rebuilding health from the inside out.

everything shifts.

I used to think freedom was something I had to find…

A destination.
A relationship.
Success.
A certain lifestyle.

But I was wrong.

Real freedom is something you feel within yourself 💖

A regulated nervous system.
Waking up out of survival mode.
Choosing what actually feels good for you ✨

And slowly realizing…
what we call “happiness” is often just a search for freedom in disguise.

Health is more than what you eat.
Happiness is more than money or the things you own.

Sometimes, it’s simply the life you allow yourself to live.

I still can’t believe places like this actually exist… 🌎✨

3 days exploring the wonders of Bolivia and Chile through volcanos, geysers, deserts, hot springs, flamingos at Laguna Colorada, the unreal mirror of the Uyuni Salt Flats, and so many cute animals along the way 🤍

No phone service = No distractions = No rush ✅

Just living life fully.
Being present.
Reconnecting with what really matters…

This trip reminded me why I love traveling so much.

Not just for the views… but for the people, cultures, languages, deep conversations, and moments that change you little by little ✨

💡 Did you know Salar de Uyuni is the largest salt flat in the world? During rainy season, it transforms into a giant natural mirror reflecting the sky. Easily one of the most surreal places I’ve ever seen 👀

And honestly… seeing geysers in real life had been on my bucket list forever 🥹✔️

Huge gratitude to for such an authentic and enriching experience. Doing the tour in Spanish with people from Colombia, Brazil, Spain and beyond made the adventure even more special 🫶
