💫A little about Ruthann
Ruthann began her pole journey in 2020 and like many of you, became obsessed with it immediately. Whether static pole, spin pole, or heels classes, Ruthann enjoys all aspects of pole and teaches at the Beginner-Advanced levels. With a Pole Instructor Certification from XPERT and her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification, Ruthann is passionate about sharing her love for movement and ensuring that every student has a safe and enjoyable experience. In addition to her love of pole, Ruthann is currently pursuing her PhD in Education and works full-time at a university as both an administrator and teacher. When she’s not climbing the pole or dancing in 9 inch heels, you can find Ruthann curled up at home with her two cats.

Anna Rybalko
D.C., Bfa, NBS TTP (Dip)
Anna (also known as Anya) is a chiropractor, dancer and dance instructor. It was classical ballet training that ignited her love for dance and developed a life long passion for movement. Anna began teaching dance in high school which led her to pursue a Bfa in dance from York University and a Teaching Diploma from Canada’s National Ballet School. Prior to chiropractic, she taught for 15 years in dance studios around the GTA working with competitive and recreational dancers of all ages, including working with rhythmic gymnasts. Parallel to teaching, she performed with a dance entertainment company in the GTA and in the more recent years began her pole and heels dance training.
Her interest in functional dance technique and anatomy has inspired her to go on completing the doctor of chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Currently, Anna works with the dance and movement community through chiropractic care, advocating for injury prevention and teaching ballet and ballet-based-conditioning classes.
