Enough is enough. It’s been over 2 years now that I’ve been dealing with a nagging elbow tendinitis injury and because of it I haven’t been training anywhere near as much as I would have liked to. Every so often I get a reminder of a post that I made years ago doing exercises that at that point felt easy but lately those same movements feel impossible. These constant reminders have been weighing heavily on me and I’ve been using this injury as a crutch for far too long! So, be prepared for the occasional post showcasing a throwback video with my current ability. Even though I’m nowhere near as fit/ capable as I used to be, I’m hoping this series will help me kickstart a comeback. Wish me luck 🤞😅 Today’s post features a video from 7 years ago doing 7 pull-ups with 100 pounds. Currently I can do only 4 and much, much slower.

Appreciation post: I’ve had the great privilege of training these amazing ladies for the last 5 years 🥹 They show up every week, put the work in, oh and did I mention that they’re Team Canada athletes?! 🤯 They’re currently in Italy representing Canada playing in the Floor Ball Championships! Way to go girls, I’m so proud of you!💪
