Hot days can sneak up on you and make you melt, especially during your workout. đŤ
Try this REAL Tip: Take small sips of water before, during, and after exercise. Don't wait until you're thirsty; that means you're already dehydrated. And donât chug mid-workout, too much too fast can cause cramping or slow you down. Sip steadily and stay in control.đ°
