Wild to look back at where I started compared to where I am today.

From college, to personal training. Quitting and working in a warehouse delivering furniture. Getting back into personal training. Working with athletes for years. Taking a chance on myself and starting an online coaching business.

Now I can work from a different country while helping people from all around the world.

Everything in my life had to happen exactly the way it did to get me here.

I got to a point where I looked in the mirror and just wasn’t happy. Not dramatic, just honest. I wasn’t doing anything terrible, but I wasn’t really trying either. Training was random. Food was whatever. Weekends were a little too consistent with the drinks.

I just decided to actually give a s**t. Cleaned up the small stuff. Stayed consistent. Just stopped bulls**tting myself.

We all know what we need to do. The hard part is actually doing it.
