Great trip to the ! Conquered three major peaks (Wright, Algonquin, and Iroquois), spent two nights in the back country and saw some incredible views.

Adventure is about pushing boundaries and resetting personal limits. This journey reinforced my belief in people challenging themselves to grow and experience the extraordinary.

Be stronger than your excuses. You have a long life to live and deserve to enjoy all of it. Exercise matters.

This is what you missed if you weren't awake for the 6am run interval class. The slight chill in the air went unnoticed after the first few minutes of the warmup. What sucked the life out of us wasn't the cold air, sprinkles of snow on the canal, or the recovery from the weekend team trail run; it was a hard effort against the unknown.

Six rounds of speed play, alternating between 5km and 10km race pace, with no idea how long each interval would last. It's a great way to run and get in tune with your body.
