An incredible transformation đ
Weâre so proud of the hard work, consistency, and trust this client has brought to the process.
Hereâs what she had to say:
âI started working with Meredith last October, and it has truly been life changing. Since starting, Iâve not only lost weight and inches, but more importantly I also feel so much stronger, healthier, and more confident in myself.
One of the biggest changes has been how much better Iâm managing my perimenopause symptoms. I feel more balanced, energized, and in control of my health than I have in a long time, and that alone has been incredible.
What I love most is the support throughout the entire process. The workouts are amazing, the check-ins keep me accountable, and learning how to track macros has changed my relationship with food and nutrition. With Meredithâs consistent support and encouragement, through many (many!) ups and downs, I have never felt alone in this journey.
You can genuinely tell how much care, knowledge, and encouragement she puts into this program, and it makes all the difference. Iâm so grateful I started last October â itâs been one of the best decisions Iâve ever made for myself.
Meredith, Thank you for constantly supporting, motivating, and believing in me. This journey has changed my life in so many positive ways. I am so grateful for you đâ
The results speak for themselves. Keep up the amazing work!đȘ

One of the biggest things people underestimate is how overwhelming fitness can feel in the beginning.
Not because people are lazy.
Not because they âdonât want it enough.â
But because thereâs so much information online that it becomes hard to know what actually matters.
When every workout, coach, and video says something different, itâs easy to start second guessing yourself constantly.
Thatâs why in-person coaching can be so valuable for some people.
Real-time feedback, support, accountability, and guidance can make the gym feel a lot less intimidating, and a lot more empowering.
Sometimes confidence is the thing that changes everything.

3 back-to-back shows⊠and this season comes to a close⊠for now đ
This prep season, dedicated her journey to her late best friend Amy, who suddenly passed away recently and played such a meaningful role in Hollyâs life and competition journey.
Watching Holly channel something so heartbreaking into this journey has been incredibly powerful to witness.
Holly wears many hats. Sheâs a dedicated mother to a daughter with unique needs, a caring and passionate nurse, and someone who constantly shows up for so many people around her. Inspiring doesnât even begin to cover it.
Sheâs walking away from this season with her hands full of hardware: Most Inspiring Athlete Award, an NPAA FIT MODEL PRO CARD, and completely exceeded expectations by qualifying for the Natural Olympia; a dream sheâs had for a long time.
Proud? Humbled? Inspired? Holly, I truly donât have the words.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey with you. Iâm beyond excited to see what comes next â€ïž

Rest Periodsđ
1. Match the goal
Strength â longer rest (2â4 min)
Hypertrophy â moderate (60â120 sec)
Accessories/pump â shorter (45â75 sec)
2. Prioritize performance over the clock
Rest long enough so the next set is high quality (same load, reps, and form).
3. Scale rest period to the exercise
Big compound lifts â more rest
Isolation movements â less rest
4. Keep it consistent
Rest periods should be repeatable week to week so progress is measurable.
5. Use structure, not guesswork
Timers > vibes
Planned rest > âwhen I feel readyâ
6. Blend rest strategically within sessions
Longer rest for strength work
Shorter rest for metabolic/pump work
And so why does all of this matter?
Rest is a tool to drive adaptation⊠not just a break.
Youâre not just âwaitingâ â youâre setting up the next set to be effective.
The quality of your recovery directly affects the quality of your training, so make sure youâre taking the proper restđ

That âdefinedâ or âtonedâ look people chase?
It comes from building muscle. And building muscle requires fuel.
That means enough food, enough protein⊠and yes, enough carbsđ
Save this for the next time diet culture tries to scare you away from carbsđ€
Looking good is great, feeling good is even betterđ„
And the best part? You can have both.
Taking care of yourself isnât just about how you look. Itâs about how you show up, perform, and feel day to day.
