AR Hockey Development is back to consistent hours—thanks for your patience over the past few months. The car business picked up quite a bit, but things are now sorted and we’re ready to get back to regular sessions and quality training.

We’re kicking things off tonight with Nathan Osmond for his first session. Looking forward to getting started.

Welcome Rocz to AR Hockey Development! At 4’6”, this little stud of a goalie is determined to level up his game. A U11 goalie affiliating with the U13 Grimshaw Huskies, Rox brings a huge heart for the game and that spark every coach loves. When he’s in the net, he’s locked in — calm under pressure and full of energy for his team.

Rocz is focused on sharpening his quick reflexes, improving flexibility, getting stronger side-to-side, and building muscle while learning his way around the gym.

We’re excited to work with you, Rocz, build on your strengths, and help you reach every one of your goals. Let’s get started! 🥅🔥
