Registration is open for our Junior Boxing program which is for 8 to 10 year olds.

This class runs on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 starting September 14 and this session wraps up mid-December. We do require pre-registration for this class as we limit the class size, so please reach out if you want to register or if you have any questions.

Happy Thursday here is your friendly reminder that there is kickboxing at the gym 7 to 9 today.

We will also be at the parade of programs tonight if you want to register for classes or have any questions. We can't wait to meet you!

Where you can also sign up for Junior Boxing (for ages 8 to 10) starting September 14 running Monday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 until mid-December. Ladies remember that rather than a drop in fee tonight, or taking class off of your monthly payment you can bring in a stuffed animal for donation to the hospital!

We would also like to remind you there is NO kickboxing tomorrow night Thursday August 20th as our coaches and members are involved in a fundraiser for the evening - because remember we need to keep the lights on here!

Now for some housekeeping items.....

If you have water bottles at the gym please claim them any left the end of this week will be disposed of.

Ladies I am not sure if you have heard but our local hospital has a stuffed animal jail to house stuffed animals 🐻for kids in the hospital, but it is looking a little empty😞. For class this Wednesday you have the option rather than paying a drop in fee for class you can bring a stuffed animal in to help them fill it and we will deliver them on Thursday!
