A nice ride yesterday afternoon with Stacy’s nieces and sister.
Offering scenic trail rides outside of Prince George, BC. Whether new, or well-seasoned, El Shaddai
With 94 acres of forest, meadows, and bordering on crown land, the El Shaddai Ranch is fully enveloped by nature. Fifteen minutes south on highway 97, it’s also easy to get to. Home to wildlife like moose, elk, deer, and bears, along with a menagerie of plant and tree life, we offer a chance to see the Omineca in all its undisturbed glory and natural habitat. With pillars of pine, fir, and spruce

The horses definitely have a sense of time, I bring them in from the meadows at 7am every day and 99% of the time they are waiting for me between my cabin and the barn or are at the barn already.

The look on Jasper as he plays with the empty trough as to say just holding it in place for you.

Buffy with her head in the grain bucket is fortunate that it’s Sarah’s bucket as most of my herd have no problem biting Buffy to get her to move.

Loving the view between Chances ears our newest horse. Just putting some miles on him to get him ready for guests this summer.

A gorgeous day yesterday, though just below freezing to start the day. The horses love the radiant heat from the morning sun to warm them up given they have no winter fur left.

We had a rainiest day this spring yesterday which was really needed. Fortunately the rain stopped just in time for our afternoon ride.

I really enjoy the fact that I get to live with my horses with no fences between us. They are enjoying a rest beside my firewood shelter.
