This Mary Poppins performance will be especially emotional for us ❤️

Our beautiful Julia, who will bring Mary Poppins to life on stage, is graduating from our studio this year, and this performance will become her final concert with Valentina’s Dance Studio ☂️

Over the years, we watched her grow not only into a talented dancer, but into a beautiful artist with her own unique presence, grace, sensitivity, and magic on stage.

Her Mary Poppins will be very special — elegant, emotional, kind, and truly unique in her own way. And maybe that is exactly what makes this role so unforgettable ❤️

This performance is not only about dance.
It is about memories, growing up, new beginnings, and a little bit of sadness mixed with pride and love.

Our group Csardas – Hungarian Dance from Valentina’s Dance Studio has been selected among thousands of routines and over 100 studios across Canada to be featured in the TOP 10 Finalists at the Kick It Up 2026 Virtual Finals! 🏆🇨🇦

This was the very first competition season for this group ❤️
In April, these beautiful dancers already achieved:

So proud of our talented girls, their hard work, passion, and teamwork. This is a huge accomplishment and a moment we will always remember.

VDS SUMMER INTENSIVE 2026

We are proud to welcome Saniya Abilmajineva to our Summer Intensive faculty.

Former Principal Ballerina with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen, Saniya performed many leading soloist roles and became a prize winner at international ballet competitions.

With over 10 years of teaching experience and strong Vaganova training, her classes focus on clean technique, musicality, artistry, and developing confident performers.

Meet Alexander Bocharov — one of the main characters of our Mary Poppins - Dance Performance

Alexander is talented, confident, and full of energy. He has already won the hearts of the audience with his performances.

Sasha started ballet at the age of 6. After Covid, he took a short break, but returned to Valentina’s Dance Studio at 10 years old — and since then he has truly shined on stage.

This season, Alexander won first places at competitions, received special awards, scholarships and showed that hard work and passion can lead to great success.

We especially love how natural and confident Sasha feels on stage. He does not just dance — he brings every role to life with emotion and personality.

This is his first solo role, and he did an amazing job. We are very proud of you, Sasha, and we know many more victories are waiting for you 👏👏👏
